Jams

We love making and eating jams.

We started by taking store-bought jams and mixing spicy combinations into them. Then we figure out all you need to do is take the over-ripe fruit you have in your basket, simmer it with a bit of sugar and lemon juice for an hour or two and you have jam! (Google it).

We encourage as always to play with flavor combos , try cumin, cardamom, chili, black pepper, anything really.

One word of caution: the spice flavors spread really fast, so add the spice seeds whole if you can and at the end.

Get the toast ready.
